Assign tasks

Pending tasks can be assigned to contractors within the app with one click, or shared as PDF, XLS or BCF.

Companies that don’t have the app receive a web link from the app via email, which they can use to receive the pending tasks assigned to them in their mobile browser. Detailed information, questions and answers regarding implementation can (optionally) be exchanged interactively via the chat function integrated into the app.

This means that the coordination and communication of work with all parties involved is integrated directly into the app.

When it comes to assigning different tasks, the app’s database allows you to easily search for the responsible employee and easily assign the task to them. The app contains comprehensive information about all companies and their employees, which makes searching extremely easy. Tasks can thus be assigned easily.

Both the companies and the employees receive their assigned tasks via link and email and can complete them. Subsequently, they can confirm completion.
